When will interest rates drop? Remember when you were a kid watching the cookies baking in the oven? It seemed like they took FOREVER… and even though you could *smell* the deliciousness through the oven window, you still had to wait? Us realtors feel the SAME WAY about interest rates right now! We’re waiting and expecting them to come down, but when exactly, we can’t tell you. The good news is that we are expecting that rates will indeed come down.
