Although buying in the winter may seem like a hassle ; the cold , the rush of the holidays, the slush.. makes you want to cuddle under the fire place with a hot cup of cocoa rather than look for a new place. What I'm about to share with you may change your mind. As Realtors we cannot predict future housing prices, interest rates or the economy etc etc we can only make an educated guess. It is a proven fact that most people don't move in the winter season; which means a buyer that is wanting to purchase a home in the months…

Scaffolding will go up in the city centre for the new provincial museum and a modern sports arena and traffic pylons will disappear from the Anthony Henday ring road as it finally closes its circle. Real estate, in the United States and Canada, has taken a hit in the last decade. In fact, the Great Recession was led by the sinking of the housing market in both countries. However, there were pockets of profit which began to emerge in this industry, even while most other segments were fledging under water. Edmonton, Alberta is one such location, and there are several key things to look for when looking for investment in this area.

Mistakes to Avoid When Buying Your First Home
After following up with the experience of many first-home buyers. Here is a list of some mistakes to avoid:

The change, however, is for the better.
This new arena will do more than provide a modern sporting area with an increased seating capacity. It will also invigorate the surrounding areas of the city with its presence, and by the amount of people that it will draw to the downtown area with each event.
