New Condo's to Consider!?
So apparently this week I'm talking all about new developments our city will be seeing in the future!, Westrich Pacific Corp is beginning construction on a condo located at 10238 103 St which will be called ULTIMA, 2015 is when it is said to be completed by, along with Pearl and Fox Towers - 2015 is going to be an excited year for our city! The prices for these condos will begin at $ 242,000 to $1,132,000. I was looking through the photos of this future development and was blown away by how modern and fresh these condos will be. This development will feature 32 stories ; living and working lofts on the second & third floor while the suites will start on the fourth floor. Reading through the description of these suites not only will there be floor to ceiling windows , heated underground parking for those cold winter nights, they will also have year round heated flooring. The large windows ( with amazing views) , high ceilings of 9 feet, hardwood floors, stackable front load washer & dryer and Gas BBQ's for some summer cooking! The kitchen will be epic - with all the appliances being stainless steel, modern kitchen cabinets , chrome faucets and porcelain flooring ( talk about dream kitchen ) . When they do the Ultima Condo's will be in a perfect location that will be near our anticipated future Arena, walking distance to MacEwan College as well as city centre shopping and the cineplex movies!
